Our experienced team ensures every delivery is handled with care, from our workshop to your home.

At DSB, we’re proud to offer FREE delivery to most areas across the UK mainland.

We aim to fulfil all orders within 8–12 weeks, or at the earliest possible opportunity. Deliveries are made using our own transport service wherever possible, ensuring a reliable and professional experience. Some areas outside our standard delivery zone may incur a small delivery charge. To achieve full UK coverage, your order may occasionally be delivered by a trusted contracted carrier.

The following postcode areas may incur a delivery charge:
AB (Aberdeen), IV (Inverness), KW (Kirkwall), PL, TQ, PO (Isle of Wight – offshore), TR.

Access Requirements

Our delivery vehicles vary depending on the product ordered. We ask that customers inform us of any access restrictions when placing an order.
Ideally, a 10ft wide and 10ft high clear access route is required. However, with our extensive experience, we can usually overcome most access challenges if advised in advance.
In some cases, an additional fee may apply for difficult access.
If you have any doubts, please contact our team for guidance before delivery.

Delivery Timescales

Delivery times vary throughout the year depending on demand.
As a general guide:

  • Standard buildings (popular models) are typically delivered within 8 weeks.
  • Made-to-measure or labour-intensive products may take slightly longer.

For the latest delivery estimates on a specific product, please contact our sales team.
Please note: delivery times can occasionally be slightly earlier or later than stated, depending on transport logistics and your location.
Central or densely populated areas are serviced more frequently than rural locations such as Scotland, Wales, Devon, and Cornwall.

Delivery Planning

You will receive advance notice of your exact delivery date, either directly from us or from our delivery partner—usually by telephone or letter prior to delivery.
If the proposed date isn’t convenient, you can reschedule at no extra cost.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
